What it costs
Priced per job, not per hour. I tell you which bracket it lands in before I start, not after.
Automations
An automation does one defined job. It runs inside your own Claude account, on your subscription. You own it. There is no ongoing fee to me.
- Simple — $1,495. Runs alongside my other work.
- Advanced — $2,995. Needs real engineering: a server, keeping sensitive data on your own machine, or making two systems talk to each other.
Time with me
Some things are not an automation. You want someone to sit with you, work out where the time is going, or teach your people to do this themselves.
- Working session — $595. You leave with something running, not notes.
- Half day — $2,250.
- Full day — $3,750.
If the work needs me on site, we arrange that case by case and you cover travel. The rates do not change.
Workshops
- For a group — $745 a seat for a half day, $1,345 a seat for a full day. Six seat minimum. In person or over Zoom.
- For one company's own people — $3,750 half day, $5,250 full day.
The difference is who is in the room.
Ongoing
- Priority Seat — $500 a month. Your work goes to the front of the queue.
- Tune-up — $245 per automation per year. Keeps an automation working as the things around it change.
