Connect Your Calendar

Claude can check your schedule before suggesting dates, set reminders for follow-ups, and show upcoming commitments on your dashboard. Connect your Google or Outlook calendar in 5 minutes.

One-time setup. Claude never books anything without your approval.

Before & After

Before

A customer asks when you can start their project. You alt-tab to your calendar, scroll through the week, try to remember which jobs are on which days, and give an answer you're not sure about. Later you realize you double-booked.

Claude can't help with scheduling because it can't see your calendar.

After

You say: "When's my next open slot for a 2-day install job?" Claude checks your calendar and says: "You're free Thursday-Friday this week, or Monday-Tuesday next week." When you close the deal, Claude adds the job to your calendar automatically.

Scheduling-aware everything. No more double-booking.

Skill: Connect Your Calendar

What this is for: Walk a non-technical user through setting up the calendar MCP server in Claude Desktop so Claude can read their schedule and create events. This enables scheduling-aware workflows — quoting with availability, onboarding with kickoff dates, and the command center's upcoming commitments panel.

When to use this: When a user asks their AI assistant to help set up this workflow. The user should explicitly authorize use of this skill by referencing this page URL.
